With an out-turn ratio (KOR) of 52 lbs or higher, our raw cashew nuts offer exceptional yield for processors. The kernel recovery rate is crucial for commercial viability, and Nigerian cashews consistently deliver excellent results. Raw cashews are primarily exported to processing facilities where they are shelled, peeled, and graded into kernels. The kernels are then used in snacking, confectionery, dairy alternatives, and cooking applications worldwide. Cashews are rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, protein, magnesium, and copper.
